NaijaBroker Pro is an AI-powered operating system for insurance brokerage businesses in Nigeria. It brings policy administration, client and insurer records, quotations, claims tracking, invoicing and commission reconciliation into a single connected workspace, so nothing has to live in scattered spreadsheets or paper files.
It is built for NAICOM-licensed insurance brokers and the teams behind them: principals and managing directors who need visibility across the whole book; account and finance officers reconciling premiums, debit notes and commissions in Naira; claims officers following a loss from notification through to settlement; compliance officers tracking licence renewals, professional indemnity and statutory returns; and business development staff managing renewals and cross-sell opportunities.
Compliance runs through the platform. NaijaBroker Pro monitors broker and insurer licence expiry dates, flags compulsory insurance, and prepares the NAICOM returns (Forms 7.1A–F) and financial statement notes that regulators expect, with a Compliance Advisor that answers regulatory questions in plain language.
